          Sports Relief brings the entire nation together to get active, have fun and raise life-changing cash, and it's back from Friday 21st March to Sunday 23rd March.

         This time we're holding the Sainsbury's Sports Relief games, featuring the mile, plus new swim Athlon and cycle events. It's never been easier to join in, do your bit and make a difference. So many celebrities have suffered from Sports Relief, just donate money to save poor people around the World.

Dear Diary,
Unbelievable! What on earth have I done? Today, I have left my past life behind. Now I must look into the future- my next life. And I may have made the wrong decision, now that I think about it. I am on a ship. The General Lee to be exact. She's a fine sight, isn't she? I have just witnessed a tiny spec of green (Samson Hill) disappear in the distance. This island was my home. Well, I must look forward to the next chapter ahead of me.


Actually I might not regret walking out on my father. I was a useless soul, an unknown one. Now I shall be able to show my dignity- my pride to be me. Anything I did was wrong according to my father. He would yell at me and I would stare at him like a tiny mouse. I do not want to arrive back at  that house only to be shouted at again. I can not regard this as home.
