Jewel's Work 5/3/13

The Land Of Sorrow

Crumbled homes lay in ruins of the once bustling streets. The bell tower, which was once singing joyful songs, was now ringing a heart-breaking spell of doom. Devastation and destruction enveloped the city, destroying every source of happiness. Happy memories, which people once cherished, now lay shattered on the streets. An eerie silence encircled the city causing waves of sorrow and grief. As joyful memories drained away from the city, all that was left was doom and gloom. As the last known survivor cried mournfully, the last hope of happiness was destroyed. What joy can be found in this world of doom?
